Section 1

General Information and Definitions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the gbajee platform and its users. This document is considered a legal agreement, and by accessing or using the platform, the user agrees to comply with these terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the gbajee website, mobile application and all associated services.
• "User" refers to any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created through registration.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in an account, which may consist of bonus funds and real money.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds awarded as a promotional incentive, which carry their own wagering requirements.

1.2 Scope of Terms

These terms apply to all products and services on the platform — casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting and all other sections are covered. Specific promotions may have separate terms, but those will be consistent with these main terms.

Section 2

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

An active account is required to take part in any betting or gaming activity on the gbajee platform. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing deliberately false information may result in account cancellation.

2.2 Required Information

• Full name (matching your national identity card)
• Active mobile number — to be used for OTP verification
• Date of birth — required for age verification
• Password — at least eight characters, combining letters and numbers

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Attempts to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method will be treated as duplicate accounts, and gbajee reserves the right to close them. Bonuses earned across multiple accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

Users must keep their login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

Section 3

Age and Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to take part in any casino or betting activity on the gbajee platform. gbajee may request age-verification documents at the time of registration or at any point afterwards. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations of their own country. Using the platform from areas where online gaming is legally prohibited constitutes a violation of these terms.

3.3 Self-Exclusion List

Any user who has requested self-exclusion or has been excluded under responsible gaming rules may not create a new account. If a breach of this policy is detected, the account and any associated balance may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer can be used to make deposits on the gbajee platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. For bank transfers, major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank or Islami Bank may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. It is recommended that the payment method used for withdrawal matches the method used for deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Verification Process

Before approving a withdrawal, gbajee may request that account verification be completed. This process may require submission of a copy of the national identity card or other supporting documents. If fraudulent activity is suspected, gbajee reserves the right to put the withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.

4.4 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. gbajee will cancel any transaction linked to money laundering or illegal activity and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gbajee offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds another ৳1,000 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in bets.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• The bonus applies only once, after the first deposit.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements have been met.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit.
• When using a bonus to bet on certain games, the wagering contribution rate may differ.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The gbajee VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is given on net losses at each tier: Bronze members receive up to 0.5%, Silver members up to 1.0% and Gold members up to 1.5%. For example, a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive up to ৳200 in cashback.

5.4 Misuse of Promotional Terms

gbajee reserves the right to cancel a promotion in cases of suspicious betting patterns or bonus abuse. All gaming activity on an account is monitored, and any unusual activity detected may bring that account under review.

Section 6

Gaming Policy

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the gbajee platform run through third-party technology providers and have their own RTP and rules. The rules for each game can be viewed from within the game. In the event of a technical error or an inconclusive result, gbajee reserves the right to declare that round void.

6.2 Disconnection

If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined by the server. gbajee is not liable for any loss caused by the user's own connection issues. However, losses caused by a server problem will be investigated and resolved accordingly.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game or event has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. gbajee reserves the right to change these limits at any time. For large wins, gbajee may apply a maximum payout limit, which will be stated in advance in the rules of the relevant game.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 gbajee's Right to Suspend

gbajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation
• Registration using false or incomplete information
• Involvement in suspicious money laundering activity
• Threatening or abusive behaviour towards other users or staff

7.2 User-Initiated Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time. In that case, the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance will be provided, however any bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirements will be cancelled.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

gbajee considers gaming a form of entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems. The responsible gaming guidelines on the platform therefore apply to every user. Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits for themselves.

8.1 Protection of Minors

Use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Adult users must ensure that minors cannot access the platform from their devices.

8.2 Support and Self-Exclusion

If signs of gaming addiction appear, users can request self-exclusion or a temporary break through the support team. gbajee takes these requests seriously and acts on them promptly.

Section 9

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the gbajee platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is the intellectual property of gbajee or its authorised providers. Copying, distributing, modifying or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9.1 Third-Party Content

The games on the platform are owned by third-party providers and their intellectual property is protected. Users may use these games only for the purpose of playing them, and for no other purpose.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbajee is not liable for:

• Any loss caused by the user's internet connection or device issues
• Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access, where the user has not taken reasonable security precautions
• Any gaming-related loss occurring outside the platform
• Loss caused by the user's own error or negligence

10.1 Service Interruptions

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or other reasons. gbajee makes efforts to minimise such disruptions, but cannot guarantee this in every case. Users will be notified in advance of any major disruption.

Section 11

Personal Data and Privacy

How users' personal data is collected, stored and used is described in detail in gbajee's Privacy Policy. By registering, users are also considered to have accepted that policy.

11.1 Use of Data

gbajee uses collected data primarily for account management, transaction verification, customer service and fraud prevention. Data is not sold to third parties.

11.2 Cookies and Tracking

gbajee uses cookies to improve user experience. Cookies can be turned off from browser settings, but some services may become limited as a result.

Section 12

Terms Changes & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Right to Change Terms

gbajee reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Notice will be given on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between a user and gbajee, an attempt will first be made to resolve it directly through the support team. gbajee provides support 24 hours a day, seven days a week via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. For any complaints or questions, it is recommended to visit the FAQ page, where answers to common issues are compiled.

12.3 Language & Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version will be considered the original document. If there is any ambiguity in the interpretation of the terms, gbajee's interpretation will be considered final.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any applicable special promotional terms together form the entire agreement between gbajee and the user. No verbal or unwritten promises beyond these are binding.
